Due to the uncertainty caused by the global pandemic of COVID-19, MLIS 2021 is held fully online via Microsoft Teams during November 8-11, 2021. 8 renowned plenary speakers and 23 invited speakers shared their latest research findings in the field of machine learning and intelligent systems via MLIS 2021 platform. More than 50 oral and poster presentations were delivered covering a wide range of machine learning and intelligent systems.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 at the later 2019 and for the safety of our participants, MLIS 2020 has changed to held online via Microsoft Teams during October 25-28, 2020. Four renowned speakers Prof. Paolo Rosso from Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain, Prof. Victor Chang from Teeside University, UK, Prof. Danda B. Rawat from Howard University, USA and Prof. Jan Treur from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands shared their latest research findings, and more than 40 presentations were delivered covering a wide range of machine learning and intelligent systems.

2019 International Conference on Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems (MLIS 2019)
November 19-22, 2019, Hualien


Supported by National Dong Hwa University, MLIS2019 has been held successfully in the university in Hualien. Scholars and engineers from 13 counties have been attracted to exchange and share their experience and research results. To encourage further academic efforts, three best oral presentations were awarded with free registration to MLIS2020.
